Each prospective client, will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that enables us to understand the client’s requirements. The client will also be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and a memorandum. We will then build the client’s profile and confirm the client’s wishes with a Skype or Zoom consultation(s).
Once we receive the go-ahead from the client, we will conduct a search for the ideal property, curate our finds and present the client with a shortlist.
The GHP team can liaise on behalf of the client with the broker of the seller.
Step 2
Due Diligence
Status quo background checks on the property of your dreams.
The GHP team will investigate for the client the property and proceed to carry out a TDD as well as an LDD. This investigation may include a search of old building permits, their legal status, their compliance, the building permissible parameters, background check if the building is listed as a preserved structure, as well as a check for illegal structures, penalties and fines.
The GHP team can handle all the administrative formalities for our client, assisting with tax matters, the preliminary agreement and the signing of the deed at the notary.

Design - Construct

Whether it is a new built, a rental, or a gut renovation, our team of architects, engineers and interior designers handles every detail for the client; from initial concept to building permits, furniture design and everything in between – developing a plan of action for every project stage based on our client’s requirements.
We have the expertise, experience, site managers and technicians to carry out and oversee any construction work on behalf of our client, from beginning to end.

We can manage the property on behalf of the client, as well as oversee and monitor any maintenance tasks or even prep it to welcome the client’s house guests.
Our team can assist in the best possible exploitation of the client’s Greek home as a long term investment. With a sound business plan and proper handling, it may become a passive income source, making our client’s investment work extra hard.
Our team can assist our client with all the procedures and the required formalities in order to get a residence permit.
